The story is much like yours. The diets , the pills, the shakes...been there done that. You tried so many different Diets that it made your head spin. Truth is they failed because the approach to weight loss and maintaining weight loss did not fit into the average person's Lifestyle. Here's ho: If something changes your daily routine, by nature you go back to your ways after time. As they say its the "Nature of the beast". What it mean is you can only control to a certain point; who you eat with, where you eat, what you eat, do you cook or does someone cook for you....etc. It's these thing that effect you more than you know. You eat with family and friends an a daily basis and you can't say "this is where we will eat and this is what we will eat" its not possible nor is it fair.
